OWA corrupts message body of email
Hello,
We are having a problem sending emails to people through Exchange 2000 OWA.
The receiver gets garbage in the body of the message.
We can send the email internally fine. If I send the same message through
Outlook 2000, it's fine. But if we use OWA, the body of the message just
becomes garbage. This does not happen to all of our emails through OWA. In
fact, I've sent messages to Hotmail and it looks fine. I've included a
sample of an email below.
We are running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4. I've applied all the MS
patches. Exchange 2000 is running SP3.
We're planning to migrate to Exchange 2003 and Windows Server 2003 in the
next 60 days, but we would like to get something resolved with this in the
mean time. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
