redirecting incoming email to external email address?   

Is there a way to redirect any incoming email's to a certain user to an 
external email address?

I tried to use server rules within OWA but they don't seem to run.

Do this in AD. Create a contact first then in AD for the user, choose to 
forward email to that contact.
