Can't see new user in Global Address List
Just set up a new user on the domain controller, created a mailbox on the
Exchange 2000 server, however the users name doesn't show up in some (not
all) other clients Global Address List's.

For example, there are a few Outlook users who do not see her name at all in
the Global Access list, but there are also a few users who can.

This is the way we've set up new users for years, however this is the first
time we've ever experienced this problem.

When select the "List all users" option instead of "Global Address List"
option when creating a new e-mail, I can see the new users name though.

Send them an email. That should help update the lists.
