Users cannot download attachments from webmail in addition they cannot download the SMIME control either that is shown in options. Does anyone have any ideas why? Exchange 2003 SP2 - Backend server. Windows XP SP2 client. They recieve the following message in IE try to download a file named "audio.vml" "internet explorer cannot download audio.vml?attach=1 from webmail.mydomain.com. internet explorer was not able to open the internet site. the requested site is either unavailable or cnanot be found. please try again later."
