Allowing public folders from internet E2K OWA   

Hi all,

I am trying to allow a user to view the public folders for our exchange
server only to find that LAN users can access public folders through
OWA internally but the user overseas cannot access the public folders
or see them at all for that matter, any ideas please?

User overseas - how are they connecting to OWA? Anonymously or using an AD 
account?

If anonymously, check the anonymous permissions. Otherwise check permissions 
for their account / group.

Thanks for replying Nick,

With a little Google searching i have found the answer i need in the
form of Service pack 2, to answer your question thou, it was an active
directory account.

Did you only find the answer or did you install the SP? Did it fully resolve 
the prob?
