Takes an hour to receive Outlook 2000 mail from Exchange 2000   

This only happens on a new Windows XP SP2 workstation. The other 
machines/setups are getting mail within 30 seconds. I've hit all the settings 
I can click on in mail options, and even turned off the Windows firewall. 
What am I missing?

I'd start by looking at what's different about this workstation config from 
the ones that work.
