Look and Feel of Outlook 2003   
We'd like to change the look and feel of O2K3 to more resemble that out 
Outlook 2000 (flatten learning curve for users).  How possible is that?

I've taught the obstinate, the diehards, and the barely computer-literate to 
like the new interface, but if you have recalcitrant users, see

Yep -- That would be us alright -- recalcitrant to the bitter end!  Me 
myself, I'm kinda a forward looking guy.  Gotta deal with the "rear view 
mirror" syndrom types though...

Perhaps some training sessions would help?
And/or the implicit threat conveyed by the presence of a riding crop lying
