I am experiencing high CPU utilization in a terminal services environment with certain users. I am running 5 windows 2000 terminal servers with sp4. I am running perfmon and at times will see high utilization of the server. I go in and kill outlook.exe and the utilization drops back to normal. I have recreated the users terminal services profile and that seems to work. I would like to know what actuallu gets corrupted or what may cause the corruption. I have alot of users that this is happening to and I'm tired of recreating users profiles. Please help. Thanks.
