Using Outlook 2003 SP2. User an Internet email contained in received in Outlook's Synch Issues\Server Failures folder. The From, Subject, Received date and Size display. The preview pane displays: " This message with restricted permission cannot be viewed in the reading pane until you verify your credentials. Open the item to read it's contents and verify your credentials" We cannot read the email and the message will fail to backup during our nightly backup until we delete it from the server failure folder. This happens periodically between 2 users at our company receiving email from an outside company via Internet. The sender is using Outlook 2000 SR1. I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot this issue. Please Advise
