I have about 15 users which use outlook and Small Business Server Exchange 2000 for internal and external mail. All except one client works fine. One seems to be slow at recieving mail (15 - 30 mins). The problem is between exchange and the client. Is there any settings in exchange which will push out the emails to the client quicker and or in Outlook for that matter. I am relatively new to exchange and can not find any settings to allow this to happen. Thanks In Advance Matt

If so, it's likely the firewall software on the client computer - WinXP ? You need to set up an exception for outlook.exe (or do whatever needs to be done in your firewall software) so the UDP packets sent by the Exchange server are received by the client.
