Outlook 2000 send and receive
I have one client that never updates. its outlook 2000 with Exchange 2003
server and the client only gets new mail when he looks at old msgs (changes
between them) or does a send and receive himself.

I did some digging but didn't find anything because it should be automatic.
any idea?

Check for software firewalls (including the Windows firewall in XP) to see
what is blocking the inbound UDP packets Exchange is trying to send. You may
need to add an exception for outlook.exe.
