Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry RIM support   

Is there any support for a Blackberry RIM to get email pushed down to the 
device using Exchange 2003 SP2 or
is third party software required? If so what software can do this?

Blackberry desktop redirector. Comes with the RIM. Works on the desktop 
(oddly).

Or Blackberry Enterprise Server. Sits on its own box, works perfectly.
