Is there a way in exchange 2000 where i can set up a global rule to have mail with certain criteria in the subject line go directly to deleted items for a certain distribution group?
For a distribution group? I guess you could try and write an event sink or something, but otherwise... What is it that you're trying to accomplish here? Is this offending e-mail coming from inside the organization or outside it? -- Aloha, -Ben- Ben M. Actually the email is coming from our ERP system which is in house per say. but once you flag it to send notifications you can not pick and chose who to send them to. which i thought rather strange. you either have to send them or not. and like always some people want them and others do not. so the CS dept. does not want to get them which they are a mail enabled group so i thought i could set up a rule on the server "Ben M.
