Hi, we run Exchange2003 and use MSOutlook and OWA as mailclients. We got a mail (text/enriched format) which is shown as an empty mail by OWA, but can be read successfully by Outlook (MAPI- and IMAP-Client) When we try to reply to this mail using OWA, we curiously find the correct (non-empty) mail in the reply-window. Any idea to this problem? Thanks a lot Ruth
Try to export the mailbox ( .pst file from Outlook or using Exmerge on the server) then delete it, recreate the mailbox an reimport the .pst file, it worked for me.
