I'm having a problem with one of our user's Exchange accounts. The problem is that whenever this user tries to download his emails, the download times out. This happens even if he is connected directly to the server via cat5 (as opposed to over wireless or outside of the network). We have tried increasing the timeout settings in Outlook and Outlook Express (it happens in both clients). We've tried disabling the Leave a Copy setting in both programs. We've also tried disabling Trend Micro Officescan on the client. We discovered that by downloading headers that it is only the emails with attachments that this happens with. This is also the only user that has this problem. We tried deleting his account and mailbox and recreating it but that didn't help. The problem DID NOT occur when I installed Mozilla Thunderbird and used it to get the mail. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is much appreciated. -Jacob.
