Cannot login using Outlook Express or OWA
I have created a couple of new users on my SBS 2000 system with mailboxes.
Sometimes, it takes a while to create the email addresses (that's when they
are actually created) and also, the mailbox permissions are not always set.
When everything appears to work, then when I try to connect using Outlook
Express, I get invalid username or bad password. I get prompted again and
again when I use OWA. If I login to our Terminal Server using the account, I
can setup Outlook 2000 successfully and access the mailbox.

So, not much is making sense to me.

Please advise.
