I have a Mac user that is unable to save file attachments through Outlook Web Access. It will start downloading the first 100 or so KB and die for each attachment regardless of attachment type. IE is version 5.2.3 and OS is 10. This office uses a VPN to get back to the Exchange server. Besides the Mac there are 8 other people on Windows 2k using Outlook 2000 that are not having any trouble. I have tried different attachment types over half a Mb (Doc, Pdf, and Jpg) and there were not any that would transfer properly. I tried through the Safari browser with the same results. I tried logging in to my own mailbox on the Mac thu OWA with the same results. I transferred a large file through FTP which worked fine. I transferred a large file through Earthlink Web mail which worked fine. I added our OWA URL to the trusted sites which should have ruled out any trouble with browser settings in Internet Explorer for Mac. I am stumped as to what might help this situation. Any asistance would be greatly appreciated.
