Hi, Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000. I modified the default form of the calendar in Outlook to mark new entries on public calendar as ''private''. Many times users receive error message saying that Outlook can't open the form and users have to clear the cache if they want to open the form. I tried reinstalling and keep Oulook up to date, but the problem still there. How can I get rid of it? Thank you.
