Password expiration issue
Hello -

We are running Widows 2003 with Exchange 2003. I have a lrge portion of
uders which will onoy use OWA as their client.

As I create the AD account for these users and the subsequent mailbox on
Exchange, I am providing a temporary password and putting a check mak in the
box to "change password on next login." It seems OWA will not let that
happen. Is there a way to give the end user the ability to change their
password while accessing their e-mail or am I going to have to proide them a
password and not have it expire.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Re: Password expiration issue
Hello,

you have to configure the IISADMPWD virtual directory.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555071

Bye.
