I have a user that when yous end an email to her the message does not appean on her inbox. Every now and then ONE message will show but most of them don't. When I go to the M: Drive and look in her inbox folder all the messages are there. Then interesting thing is that she gets them all on her Blackberry. About 50 of us have Blackberries and she is the only one with this issue. Any thoughts? Thanks

Any view filters set in Outlook/OWA (as in, unread messages, etc)? > > When I go to the M: Drive and look in her inbox folder all the > messages are there. > > Then interesting thing is that she gets them all on her Blackberry. > About 50 of us have Blackberries and she is the only one with this > issue. > > Any thoughts? No Filters. In both regular Outlook and OWA it shows that the user has XX amoutn of unread messges. If I send a test message the count increases by one but it never shows up. To make matters even more interesting this morning the user has only two emails showing up but I have registered about 50 over the weekend. The total number of messages showing up in the lower-left-hand corner of Outlook when you select the inbox is accurate, or no? > > To make matters even more interesting this morning the user has only > two emails showing up but I have registered about 50 over the weekend. > > Thanks > > "Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]" wrote: > >> >> >> In news:265916F2-B320-438A-B303-DD4FF79F1894@microsoft.com, >> AJ typed: >>> I have a user that when yous end an email to her the message does >>> not appean on her inbox.
