SBS 2003 Exchange errors on client

SBS 2003 Exchange errors on client
We just installed a new domain, using MS SBS 2003, and new PCs with WinXP 
Pro, and we keep getting
errors like the following, we're not sure if it happens all the time, we 
notice it more when we try to import there old email/contacts.

Can anyone help me out? (if you need more infomation please let me know, not
sure what to post)

using Enchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, and Win XP pro
