Prevent Out of office messages to email senders outside of the company   

IS there a method to prevent Out of office messages from being sent to email 
senders outside of the company. Some users of our company requested this 
feature if available.

It's disabled by default in Exchange System Manager, so someone must have 
enabled it. It's all or nothing at all (it's for all users).
