Reply and Forward just disappears.
On OWA, everybody else in my company can reply and forward.
When I hit those buttons after reading an email, the window just closes -
there are no error messages.
I can send new messages though.
Please help.

Re: Reply and Forward just disappears.
Try disabling whatever popup blocker you are using.
If it works then, re-enable the popup blocker and whitelist the OWA site.

Martin: That did not resolve it. Any other suggestions?

Are you 100% sure you don't still have a popup blocker enabled? Remember, in
XP SP2, there's a built-in popup blocker - and toolbars like Yahoo, Google,
MSN, etc. have their own. This is absolutely the most common cause for the
problem you're experiencing.

Re: Reply and Forward just disappears.
It works now. Thanks a lot MVPs. I guess I was not doing it right.

Yet, I still have another issue. When I try to see public folders, I get
"Collaboration Data Objects error '000043ed'

The client operation failed. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store -
[E_FAIL(80004005)]] " in the top right pane. I do not see this if I read
regular mailbox folders. What could be wrong?

It can be hard to find all the potential popup blockers on a machine....

Do you have problem opening the public folders in Outlook?
Managing them in Exchange System Manager?

Re: Reply and Forward just disappears.
Outlook works fine - can open and see postings in public folders.
In OWA, I see the folders. If I click on the folders, I do not see the
postings, I see only the error.

Hi - do you see any errors in ESM?
Does this happen to everyone?
