We had an exchange 2000 server crash and had to restore mailboxes on a different server. Some Outlook 2000 clients were getting a free/busy error afterward. These were corrected by using the commandline switches /cleanfreebusy and /cleanschedplus. One user remains having the problem when he logs out of the outlook client he gets an error unable to update free/busy information. Some of the parameters are incorrect. ?? -- Steve
