Hi all experts I got some warning message on the backup software after upgraded the windows 2000 server from sp2 to sp4 and exchange 2000 server sp3 rollup april to sp3 rollup august. I'm using the Backup Exec 8.6, in the backup logs, it shows many warning and told me the top information store Calendar cannot be read or open. Some extract from the logs: WARNING: "Albert [albert]?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Fwd: Weekly e-Newsletter_28-June-05" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ WARNING: "Albert [albert]?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Fwd: Hong Kong" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Access denied to file ?Alex[alex]?Top of Information Store?Calendar?Bi-Weekly Management Meeting. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Unable to open the item Alex[alex]?Top of Information Store?Calendar?Bi-Weekly Management Meeting - skipped. Access denied to file ?Alex[alex]?Top of Information Store?Calendar?Discussion . ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ WARNING: "Ben[blui]?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Technical Services?Technical Services Team Standard Operating Procedure" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Access denied to file ?Betty[betty]?Top of Information Store?Calendar?Audit Committee Meeting. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Over 150 warning occured in the log. Is it related to the service pack upgrade? Anyone have this problem before or know how to do? Please help and advice. Thanks BT
