OWA keep refreshing/reloading non stop!
It's quite difficult for me to describe the problem so I put the steps on
how I replicate this problem.

1. Connect to internet via dial-up connection.
2. Go to my company's OWA website.
3. Prompt me with username and password.
4. Key in username and password, manage to get into OWA successfully.
5. Press Logoff button to logoff from the session and close Internet
Explorer.
6. Disconnect my dial-up connection.
7. 5 minutes later, I re-connect my dial-up connection.
8. Go to my company OWA website again.
9. Website keep refreshing and reload non stop without any username/password
window prompt.

Referring to the problem I stated above, I can't get to connect after 2
hours or more. I have no clue what could be the problem. This is easily
replicated with dial-up connection. I've tried with ADSL connection as so
far everything works fine except my boss is complaining about this problem
even he's on broadband connection.

Btw, I'm using Exchange 2000 Server (version 6, Build 6249.4: SP3) on
Windows 2000 Server.

Hope you guys can give me some clue on how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Raymond
