We are starting to get a lot of spam that appears to be from ourselves (i.e. to: joe@mydomain.com FROM: joe@mydomain.com) and as a result it is getting through our spam filters. I want to set up a SPF record in DNS but not sure exactly what to do. We host our own Exchange server, but have an ISP that is authoritative for our DNS zone records. Do I need the ISP to add the record or do I add it on our local DNS server or both? I talked briefly to someone at our ISP but they knew less about SPF records than I did which did not give me alot of confidence in getting this set up correctly. Thanks
