Mailbox limits   
I have a cap on mailbox limits and find that it can take upto an hour before 
a user can send email after reaching the send limit and cleaning out their 
mailbox, including emptying the deleted items folder.
How can this time be reduced, is there a service I can run to update the 
message store immediately?
