mrigate to exchange 2007 - URGENT   

now we have windows 2003 32-bit server with AD and exchange 2003. our 
planning mrigate exisiting windows 2003 32-bit all data to new windows 2003 
64-bit server  with exchange 2007. After the 32-bit windows 2003 and 
exchange 2003 will uninstall for another puropse. Please advice the solution 
how can to setup.
