Hello: I need to connect my Exchange server to another one. Each Exchange server is 2003 SP2. One domain is 2000 AD and the other is 2003 AD. I think to achieive this all I have to do is create a routing groups on both servers so they will send there mail back and forth. Anyone have any advice on this? Thanks.... Harrison Midkiff
Hi, You can't use a routing group connector to connect exchange servers in different exchange organizations (if that is what you are trying to accomplish). If all you need to accomplish is to have mail exchange you can add a smtp connector on each server, configure the other server as a smarthost and on the address space tab add the domain name on the other domain.
