Odd situation here. UserA logs in to OWA w/ UPN (UserA@Company.com) and sees the mailbox (but not the data - it's just completely empty) of UserB. If UserA logs in to OWA w/ just the account name, it works fine. Also going to www.server.com/exchange/UserA@Company.com works fine. UserA can connect via MAPI just fine. UserB can connect via MAPI and OWA (w/ UPN) just fine. We tell users to use the UPN because it works for all protocols (POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
