Yes I also dont recommend creating folders under inbox but not
everyone listens....
I managed to be able to see the folders after logging into another
pc. I couldnt see what the difference was - same os version and same
outlook version. I think i have found the problem - there are 4
subfolders - so i copied them out of inbox somewhere else but one of
the folders would not copy - the errors message is as follows:
Unable to move or copy folders. Cant move folder. a top level folder
cant be moved to one of its subfolders. Or you may not have
appropriate permissions for the folder. to check your permissions for
the folder, right click then folder, then click properties.
So im not sure what the user has done -but i cant see it being
permissions because i should be able to access it.
