Hello group: We have a problem with our Exchange pertaining to one specific domain account using a specific emailbox without any problems up to last night when the Exchange 2000 server was expectedly reset in the evening. When the Exchange server was reset in the evening, this domain account was logged in and had Outlook open and was sending an email. Now after that point when the server was reset, this particular domain account when logged in, all sent mail gets bounced back with the message: YOUR MESSAGE DID NOT REACH SOME OR ALL OF THE INTENDED RECIPIENTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SEND TO THIS RECIPIENT. FOR ASSISTANCE, CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR. When any other domain account logs in and gets the Outlook client configured with that emailbox, email flows outbound just fine. Only when we log in with that domain account using that specific emailbox does the outbound email fail to send stating that you do not have permission to send, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions the best way to address in a way that we can continue to use the original domain account and emailbox? We have some processes that require that account and emailbox. Thanks very much for any suggestions! jdsmith@tuesdaymorning.com
