One of my exchange network user wants to connect to pop3 server directly but he is an active directory user too, I removed him from the exchange and used pop account to configure he can send and receive emails with no problem but the only problem is we cant send him mail internally, even though he is not mail enabled user and theres no exchange related tab in his account , we are getting the following error : A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients. Contact your administrator. <abc.local #5.4.6> But it works fine if we do not create contact for him and message go successfuly but we want to create a contact for this user to let others see his contact in Global Address List. Any help would be appreciated
