how to tell from mail server log files if someone was Bcc   
Is there a way or software available that can read the smtp or the mail log 
files to determine how someone recived a message(i.e. To.. Cc.. Bcc..)I can 
see in the log files that the user recieved the messgage ,just do see from 
what option.

No....but if the user has the e-mail, and you look at it, and he isn't 
listed in the TO or CC fields, I think you have your answer :)
