stop users from sending to one particular address?
We had someone who was asked to leave the company last week. since then
they have been emailing people here at the company. say for instance this
persons home email home email address was ineedajob@hotmail.com and
ineedajob@yahoo.com then we keep getting emails from those accounts and they
wanted that stopped.

using my spam software I have blocked this persons emails from coming IN,
but management has asked me if I can stop people here in-house on our
exchange 2000 server from sending TO that persons email accounts
(ineedajob@hotmail.com and ineedajob@yahoo.com)

is there a simple way to accomplish this?

this person has hotmail and yahoo email accounts, but I cannot block all
hotmail or yahoo, as we get a lot of correspondence from yahoo and hotmail
accounts.

The only way I know of is to actually monitor or content check outbound mail
for these addresses. Third party products such as GFI Mail Essentials
provide this capability. You might check your AntiSpam product, it may also
provide this functionality.
