Import Internet Message Formats - How many is too many?
Our Sales and Engineering want to be able to send Out Of Office Messages to
our customers and not to SPAM senders. So we came up with a list of 340
domains that we would like to add to the Global Settings /Internet Message
Formats and then add the Send Out Of Office Message permissions to them.

Is adding 340 domains too many for this? If not, is there a way to import
the domains and settings into the list?

Thank you,
 Scott<-

RE: Import Internet Message Formats - How many is too many?
Hi Scott,

Thanks for your post.

Actually, based on my knowledge, there is no limitation on the number of
the SMTP domain that can be added in the Internet Message Formats.

So, you would be able to add 340 domains into that.

As for your question about importing the domains and settings into the
list, as I know, there is no native to achieve this goal. However, since
this information is stored in the AD so we may be able to write a script to
import the domains in batch. If you need further help on this, you may need
to contact CSS directly.
