How to recover deleted items from Public Folders
I'm using the Outlook client to try and recover deleted items from public
folders. I have the "Recover Deleted Items" option available off the Tools
menu in Outlook, and even when I browse to the top level public folder and
click "Recover Deleted Items", the recovery window shows nothing available
to recover. I believe I have "Deleted Items" turned on in Exchange, with a
retention of 14 days or something. Anyone know why I'm not seeing these
items? Thanks!!!!!

I would verify you have DIR set for your PF Store in ESM.
