Count number of messages through SMTP
I have an single Excahnge 2003 Sp1 server. I wold like to get a count
of all the SMTP messages that come inbound through the SMTP virtual
server (i.e. , from the Internet).

However, my initial poking around (i.e. System Manager, technet, my
books), has not yielded the sort of answer that I'm looking for.

I seem to remember that this was fairly simple in 5.5. Can someone
nudge me in he right direction?

  Thanks

Hmm. I may have my nitwit hat on today. I just noticed that perfomance
monitor is still a part of Win2003.
