Can someone help me? What do I need to do to gain mailbox access across a domain/site through an ISA VPN for a newly upgraded Exchange 2000 system? It was just upgraded from EX5.5 which still exists on the site...I had access to the 5.5 mailboxes previously. I HAVE already removed the "deny access" to my Domain admin group, (which got me access in my original EX2000 exchange site), but something is still blocking me from access to the new EX2000 maiboxes... I am getting "information store cannot be opened" message... Thanks!

What is it that you need carte blanche access for the whole Domain Admin group? Is there some backup or anti virus application that you have or something?
Hi Mark, thanks for the response. The Domain admin group is basically 2 people plus the principals. Mailbox access is a requirement and is well established in this company's policies. Inside the individual domains access is already established. Access across the two domains ended when I upgraded the second site's Exchange server to Exchange 2000. If I need to access a mailbox now, I must remote into a box in the other domain to get access. (One main thing we do on a regular basis is to test email connectivity...I actually only (typically) will access a remote admin mailbox...) Hope you can help..the issue "seems" to involve permissions across the different physical site/domains..? Russell
