empty public contact list
Hi,
since yesterday one of the public contact list of my exchange 2000
server is doing strange things.
The list exists, I can add, delete and modify any contact.
But when I try to create a new message using Outlook 2000 (with any
user of my domain) this happens:
- I press "To"
- I select the list to choose from
- the list is blank!!!

More strange: if I type some letter in the contact name field, Outlook
correctly shows all the contacts beginning with that letter!!

Any idea?

Is this happening for other contacts folders, including the mailbox
contacts?

In Outlook, if you go to the properties of your Outlook Address Book (tools
| services...), and remove the PF contacts folder, then close & re-open
Outlook, you can then re-enable the "Use this folder as an outlook address
book" tickbox in the PF properties....then try again.

That's just Outlook's autocomplete cache, which isn't related to a contacts
folder(s) at all.
