I've created a new top level OU in our domain and then created a Users OU inside of it. I've added several users and created mailboxes for each. Though all the Permissions in Mailbox Rights are not there, The only one is SELF. I thought these were inherited? How do I get my standard list of users and Groups to all the new users without having to add them to each user individually? Thanks, Scott<-

Hi, These permissions will show as soon as the actual mailboxes are created. Send a mail to the users or have the users start Outlook. No, the user's wont login to the Account... (-; We have inherited a company, so I'm setting up a few phantom accounts that I can forward the emails to other Existing accounts. Though I'll still need to be able to send email out as the new phantom account. You cant seem to be able to do that with a Contact, so I've just created new users and forwarded all the emails to the existing account and given the existing account permissions to send on behalf of the new account. Should I be doing this a Different way? I know there are a few 3rd party products that allow you to change the From Address and do 'Smart Replies' though this was the quick and easy way to get the new company integrated for the users. I'll Log in and see if it changes.
