Hi. Today, my environment is a complete Exchange2000 environment with Front-End Servers for OWA. I am planning to start a first move to Exchange2003 for education purpose. Is it possible to install a Exchange2003 environment without upgrading the Exchange2000 Frontendserver. I dont expect the 2000 frontend to operate together with the Exchange2003 at this point. //MN

When you're ready you should upgrade the FE's to 2003 and then the BE's. Don't worry about the version of OWA or whatever you might be worried about. You'll get the version that's on the Mailbox servers rather than the version of the FE.
My question was.... Will I be able to install an Exchange2003 in my environment when I have an Exchange2000 FE. mariah "Mark Arnold [MVP]" skrev i meddelandet news:uu2p7293gc8ed661m5ncdmk7mm8ti3jmho@4ax.com... > On Tue, 30 May 2006 13:33:07 +0200, "MN" wrote: > > >Hi. > > > >Today, my environment is a complete Exchange2000 environment with Front-End > >Servers for OWA. > >I am planning to start a first move to Exchange2003 for education purpose. > >Is it possible to install a Exchange2003 environment without upgrading the > >Exchange2000 Frontendserver.
