Distribution list size limit?
Is there a limit on how many entries a DL can contain? Is this configurable
and, if so, where is it? Thanks!

Re: Distribution list size limit?
Hi,

Depends where the DL is hosted. In Outlook the limit is around 125 - see
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238569/en-us
In active directory there should be no limit.

Re: Distribution list size limit?
Hi Leif and thank you for replying. I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange
2000. When I try and create a DL with say even 200 members in either a
private or public folder I get the message "This distribution list has
reached the maximum size for your network e-mail server. No members could be
added". Any ideas?

Re: Distribution list size limit?
Hi,

See the link provided in my first post. You hit that limit.
