Hi
My E2K database has reached 16GB. What are the options, if users doesn't 
want to clean much?

Upgrade to Enterprise Edition, or install a second server, move half the
users to it...

You could upgrade to Exchange 2003 SP2 which has a 75 gb limit or upgrade to 
Exchange 2000 Enterprise.
