I have enabled Mailbox management process, and also Reporting once a week. it sends me a mail like this. I'm not an expert but if you past in the policy one of us will look at it and try to help you out a bit.
I havent created any Receipt Policy, just enabled a mailbox store properties (Deletion Settings under limits tab). And enabled following ServerName -> Properties -> Mailbox Management (Reporting & Administrator options). -- I like Microsoft Newsgroups, Which provides to help me.
