new users can use Outlook but not OWA, old users work fine
Well, I'm stumped. I have a Windows 2003 Standard Server with Exchange
2003 Standard running on it, 50 CAL's each, 50GB free space on the Store
volume, 10GB Space free on the OS volume.

There are no event log error entries and no security failure log
entries.

I have 30 users that we started with a year ago and have just found that
12 users created since some point in time, are unable to use OWA while
everyone else can use it.

ALL 42 users can use MS Outlook without any problem, send/recv works for
all users, but the 12 newest users can not use OWA - won't authenticate
their user/password via the web.

I have "Copied" a working user to another account and that new account
can't use OWA either...

I have just applied Windows 2003 Server SP1, not Exchange SP1, and all
updates, it didn't help (or hurt).

Any ideas?
