sharing other calendar, but keeping some appointments private?
Is there a way to share someone else's calendar using Exchange 2003 and
allow that user to have private appointments? (i.e. some events would be
public, viewable by all users who have access to the calendar and some would
be private, others would not be able to see these appointments)

Thanks

Re: sharing other calendar, but keeping some appointments private?
Hi,

All private appointments must be marked as private from Outlook. In this
case only the owner (and delegates that also have permissions to see private
appointments) can see these. On the calendar folder itself you can then give
permissions to a group (or the default permission) to read all other
appointments.
