Exchange 2003 with ISA 200 Not working...   

Dear Sir,
I finished setup my Exchange server 2003 on my Windows 2003 Standered
Edition , and published it from behined my ISA server 2000 the domain of the
active directory for the server is called "Localnet" , but I want to make
this Exchange server resonsible for mail transactions of the public domain "
Hazem.com", Hazem.com is already registered domain and I changed the MX
record to point to the external interface of my ISA server 2000.
I modified the default policy of exchange server to be responsiible for
"@Hazem.com" and this is to be the primary.
I created account for "mahmoud" in the users container in the active
directory and I checked the box in the excahnage tasks to make "Mahmoud" has
e-mail address mahmoud@hazem.com - in the e-mail adresses tab of the
mahmoud's active directory properties, So, I think the e-mail address
mahmoud@hazem.com is ready !!!
When I tries to send e-mail from or receive to mahmoud@hazem.com , the
process usually fail and ( for exaple when I send from my Yahoo Mail,
Mailer-Daemon@Yahoo.com gives me failure notice says :

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
