I have Exchange 2000 Server on Windows Server 2003. I have only one exchange server in my organization. There is no other exchange server or any other domain controller in my organization. I have some 550 e-mail accounts on my server. The problem which I am facing is, sometimes when I create a user, it doesn't get active. All the users created after that has the same problem. Neither I can send e-mail to that user nor I can login to that user's e-mail account. Even I cannot see that user in the Global Address Book in my Outlook. To make that user active, I have to restart my server. As soon as I restart the server that user gets active, and then only I can send mails to that user or configure that user's account in outlook. This is a very serious problem that I am facing, as I have to very frequetly restart my Server. Thanking You in Advance.
